Our goal is to make a traditional wine with the flavor of yesteryear, using artisanal techniques and machinery, without adding yeast or fining agents, using only grapes and low doses of sulfites.

ELABORATION PROCESS
Each year, 8,000 kilos of grapes are harvested, which are transformed into 5,600 liters of Albariño wine.
