WINEMAKING PROCESS
The grapes were harvested between September 13 and 26, 2019. The must macerated with the skins for 24 hours at room temperature. After racking, alcoholic fermentation began spontaneously, and malolactic fermentation was completed in January 2020. The wine remained on its lees until October 2022 and was bottled on November 1, 2023.

TASTING NOTES
Seixido is an Albariño of intense golden color that demonstrates how a wine can mature without losing its character, gaining depth and a silky texture.

On the nose, it is aromatic, with delicate floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it shows perfectly integrated acidity and a fruity profile evoking ripe fruit, peach, apple compote, and honey, while retaining the characteristic mineral and saline touch typical of the variety and the terroir where our vines flourish.
