WINEMAKING PROCESS
The grapes were harvested between September 13 and 14, 2024. The must macerated with the skins for 18 hours at room temperature. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously. The wine was bottled on May 1, 2025, and released to the market on July 1, 2025.
TASTING NOTES
Sarrido is a fresh wine, with a golden color and greenish reflections, captivating with its aromatic intensity, combining delicate floral notes with subtle herbal nuances. On the palate, it shows balanced acidity, highlighting its fruity character with hints of green apple, lemon, and a subtle saline touch that reflects the uniqueness of its origin.
