Paris is an impulsive, endearing, and very passionate person. She inherited her calm and pride from her father, and her passion, serenity, and smile from her mother.
When she started the project, she didn’t hesitate to pack her bags and return to her homeland.
Paris is the eternal optimist; no problem overwhelms her, because she knows she’ll always emerge victorious from any setback. Indefatigable and tireless, her work hours are endless, with long days and nights. But as she says, “if you love what you do, you’ll enjoy the whole day.” Passionate about white wine, this Cambadasa woman has the blood of an entrepreneur in her veins.
Her first passion was video and image, which she switched to sound, working in Madrid on the main television channels. Later came the graphic world, to now give a new twist to her life, this time continuing to explore her senses, this time with smell and taste. She returned to the town where she was born.

WINEMAKER AND CO-OWNER
Those who know him know how far he will go for a good wine. A perfectionist and creative, his life has always been tied to the winery. An entrepreneur from a young age, and a creative by birth.
He worked in New York, the Dominican Republic, and currently resides between Cambados and Amsterdam, where he is the art director at his design studio, TODOSmedia.com.
His latest venture, with his best friend and sister, Paris G. Daporta, is to reactivate Bodegas Seixido and return to producing wines in Cambados.
EVARISTO GONZALEZ
WINE CREATOR
Evaristo is more than a winemaker, he is an artisan, which is the only way to explain the personal care he puts into his wines, from the vine to the bottle. At over 80 years old, Evaristo doesn’t understand trends or technologies, but he does know how to listen to wine. For him, the winemaking process is natural, slow, and shouldn’t be rushed. As he says, “It will only be ready when the wine decides it’s ready.”
His experience of being born in a winery and learning to walk among barrels is written all over his face. His father taught him to make wine, and he passed it on to his children. Although he was never interested in competitions, he won awards at the Cambados Albariño competition when the competing wineries were artisanal like his.
He was the promoter of the Xuntanza dos amantes do Albariño (The Albariño Lovers’ Festival), which in the 1980s was a parallel festival for Albariño wines and brought together friends and the best restaurateurs in Barcelona at the time.

Parisina is the joy of the house. With her constant smile, she lights up every corner of the winery. Any event she participates in becomes a success. A modern woman ahead of her time, she already had her own business at the age of 20 and is a staunch defender of the role of the female entrepreneur.
She comes from a lineage of strong women who didn’t depend on a husband or father to decide their destiny, and she instilled those values in her daughters. “Never let anyone decide for you.” Her warmth and naturalness make us proud of what we do and where we come from. Parisina gives meaning to everything we do and is the glue that unites all the members of the family.
